As the Lead Graphic at BHF, I had the opportunity to have my hands on all projects including design, branding, photography, DPR (Digital Product Replacement), UX/UI, logo design, storyboarding, color palette selection, iconography, print and digital marketing materials. 3D Visualization was also a big part of the development and design process.

to DIY Baby Room Borders, Whiteboard Surfaces, Maps and Window Cling

GRAPHIC DESIGN

As a Design Lead on the Marketing team, I was tasked with the creation of all print materials for products and product launches. My project entailed establishing general design direction within the brand system, art direction of product photography, designing layouts for brochures and POS posters all the way through print production. I decided to involve all high-level
decision-makers in the process from the very beginning, including the e-Commerce and Digital Marketing Director,
the Brand Manager, and the CMO. It was not only appropriate but much appreciated.

DISPLAYS & POINT-OF-PURCHASE

Due to the odd size and nature of our products, coming up with creative, compelling and cost-effective displays was always a challenge. My formula for success was to • start every concept with a sketch, once I had the buy-in from management
• build my color pallet/mood board for graphics/inspiration • 3D render the structure • have a sample made & tested
 • produce a fully dressed sample • present to management for review
by doing this expectations were met and managed with no surprises and minimum revisions
